Well, if any of you few watchers remember my webcomic idea formerly known as "Cris Iptid" (I'm changing it to "Chris" just realizing that the name "Cris" without an "h" is incredibly stupid.) you know I've been procrastinating excessively on it (Try 3-4 years). Well, I bring good and bad news. The good news is... I'm not going to procrastinate anymore. The bad news is... You're all going to have to wait till I get a graphics tablet (Give me a month.) so I can correcly color the pages.
If you are sitting in your chair thinking... "What the fuck is this guy talking about?" I suppose I can take the extra time to fill you in.

Way back in the day I was experimenting with many ideas for some webcomics ranging from ninjas who viciously murder each other in hilarious ways to little anthromorphic nature elements who try and save a kingdom from an army of psychopathic cyborgs (I guess I had some freaky repressed "Going Green" thought... LAME). During this time period I was real into the unknowns of our world like cryptids and the supernatural. So I decided to draw up some wacky caricatures of some of the popular ones like Bigfoot and the El Chupacabra. Then I drew some generic human character that looked like a scary amalgam of me, Link, and a Ghostbuster with a hat. This became "Chris Iptid" (See what I did there? I broke apart the word Cryptid and I-... Eh, you get it). I promised at least three seperate times that I'd get a webcomic together (One occasion I actually got a page up), but never really went through with it. I ditched the idea, and since I have been revamping the characters, story, and my style (Which will look great as a webcomic if I say so myself). Chris has been heavily redone, the story is completely different, and I have a whole new cast of characters to play around with.

There are a few things I need to round off before I can get anything started though, and hopefully you can help me with a few of them.
1. I need a name for a female character. I've had her in my head for a real long time now, but I never was able to come up with a catchy name on par with "Chris Iptid". She's Chris's best friend, not a girly-girl, and acts kinda motherly to Chops (The Chupacabra, kinda like her pet).
2. I need a tablet. Hopefully I score one on Christmas. TOO LONG.
3. I need some more Cryptid/Supernatural/Other Worldly material. If anyone has anything they'd like to see (Other than the ones in my size chart [link] ) just comment and tell me all about it (Tell osme of your DA friends to stop by, I'd love to hear their input).
4. I need more watchers. I mean... What's a webcomic without an audience? A failure, that's what.

To help out with number four, I hope to be updating and uploading a lot more frequently than I have in the past. I have tons of crazy things to scribble down in my sketchbook, and you might even see some of my cluttered random pages that take up most of my time.
